Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Products that are used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for return unless the error is on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare (e.g., cleansers, serums, creams)

  • Opened cosmetics (e.g., lipsticks, foundations)

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or final sale items

Bundle Products

  • Bundled items must be returned as a complete set.

  • No partial returns from a bundle are accepted.

  • If any product in the bundle is used or missing, the entire bundle is non-returnable.

Shipping Address Issues

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, SeoulSkinLab is not liable for a refund or reshipment.

  • If your order is returned due to address issues, we will contact you for reshipment (reshipping costs apply).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at service@seoulskinlab.net within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

  3. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

  • If 14 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at service@seoulskinlab.net.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us immediately at service@seoulskinlab.net with clear photos.

  • We will either reship the correct product or provide a full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.
