Return Eligibility

Bundle Products

Bundled items must be returned as a complete set.

No partial returns from a bundle are accepted.

If any product in the bundle is used or missing, the entire bundle is non-returnable.
Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, SeoulSkinLab is not liable for a refund or reshipment.

If your order is returned due to address issues, we will contact you for reshipment (reshipping costs apply).
Return Process

We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will either reship the correct product or provide a full refund including shipping costs.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.
